Dell Taps ServiceNow For IT Services Management
Dell said this week that its IT services arm has inked an agreement with ServiceNow, to use the company's IT services management platform to help its customers. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Dell said it will use ServiceNow's ITSM platform, to help its customers across a range of vertical industries. ServiceNow's software is used for tracking enterprise IT service issues and incidents.
