Round Rock-based Dell reported this week that it has been selected by healthcare provider WellPoint, in a five-year outsourcing agreement. Dell said the agreement covers field support and help desk services through its Dell Global Services unit. Dell explained that it will provide technical support to WellPoint employees in more than 200 U.S. locations.
