Round Rock-based Dell has sold off its Revenue Cycle Solutions line of businesses for healthcare providers to Frisco-based Conifer Health Solutions, the two announced this morning. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Confier and Dell, they will transition 34 revenue cycle management clients and 800 revenue cycle management employees from Dell to Conifer over a period of 12 months. Conifer said the acquired business is expected to contribute $85M in incremental annual revenues to the firm.
