Round Rock-based Dell has had it with the public markets, and is in talks with private equity firms to take the company private, according to a report published Monday by Bloomberg. The report cites "two people with knowledge of the matter" on the report that Dell has been talking with at least two companies about going private, after seeing the firm's value in the public market drop by almost a third last year. No other details of the move have yet been uncovered, and Dell has not yet issued any statement on the rumors.
