In what was a quick turnaround, Round Rock-based Dell said it has completed its acquisition of Addison, Texas-base dCredant Technologies, the developer of data protection and security tools. Dell had just announced the acquisition Tuesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Dell said the buy will strengthen its security solutions.
