Round Rock-based Dell said today that it has acquired Atlanta-based SecureWorks, a provider of managed security services, security, and risk consulting services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Dell said that the buy will expand its services portfolio. SecureWorks was founded in 1999, and projects Fiscal 2010 revenues of more than $120M. Dell said Secureworks has more than 700 employees.
