Round Rock-based Dell is buying Exanet, a provider of clustered storage products, in a deal worth $12.0M, according to Israeli business publication Globes. According to Globes, Exanet Ltd., which was in receivership, also has operations in New York. Exanet develops clustered network-attached-storage (NAS) devices, which are used to distribute storage across enterprises.
