Round Rock-based Dell is expected to announced a buyout by Monday, according to reports Friday, in a deal worth more than $24 billion. According to Reuters, the deal with Dell founder Michael Dell and Silver Lake Partners is expected to take the computer maker off the public markets at $13 to $14 per share. Dell has apparently been working on a deal to take it private since before January.
