Round Rock-based Dell announced Monday that Jim Breyer, a partner at venture capital firm Accel Partners, has joined the firm's board of directors. According to Dell, Breyer joins the board immediately and will stand for election on July 17th. Breyer is a well known venture capital investor in firms, and currently sits on the board of directors of Facebook, wal-Mart, along with a number of other firms.
