Carrollton, Texas-based datacenter operator CyrusOne has just set the number of shares and estimated range for its IPO, saying in a filing this morning that it is offering up 16.5M shares of its common stock, with an estimated IPO pricing of between $16.00 and $18.00 per share. The firm, which has applied to list on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, is hoping to trade as CONE. CyrusOne initially filed for its IPO in August. The estimated IPO pricing is a major step along the path to an IPO for the company, and usually indicates the firm is gearing up for an actual IPO in the next few weeks. The firm's IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Barclays.
