CyrusOne Plans Secondary Offering

Dallas-based data center operator CyrusOne said late Tuesday afternoon that it is planning a secondary public offering of its common stock. CyrusOne said that it will sell 1,350,000 shares of its common stock in the public offering. All of that stock is being sold by a subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell, which was the parent company of CyrusOne before it went public in January of 2013. Cincinnati Bell will still own approximately 9.5 percent of CyrusOne after the sale.
