CSIdentity Hires Two VPs, Adds Board Member

CSIdentity, a provider of identity theft protection services to businesses and consumers, reported Thursday that it has added two vice presidents to its executive staff. The Austin, Texas-based company said Michael Bruemmer has joined the firm as vice president of sales, while Nancy Regent Shields has accepted the role of vice president of marketing and client services. Bruemmer, CSIdentity said, hails from personal computer manufacturer Lenovo and has held leadership roles at Dell, PepsiCo and Oscar Mayer. CSIdentity said Shields previously worked for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and has also held executive positions with Hoover's Inc., Garden.com and Cox Interactive Media. CSIdentity also announced that it has appointed Robert McFarland to its board of directors. McFarland, the company noted, is a former Dell executive who once served as the chief information officer for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
