Austin-based CopperEgg, the developer of cloud monitoring software backed by Silverton Partners, said today that it has debuted a new set of tools for its service. According to the firm, it has added a new "heatmap" feature to help pinpoint issues in cloud deployments, a new custom dashboard, and new, native iPhone and Android applications for its customers. CopperEgg's software is used to monitor enterprise, public, hybrid, or private cloud deployments.
