Convio Updates CRM Software

Austin-based Convio reports today that it has enhanced the firm's CRM database software, Common Ground, to add support for managing and organizing volunteer opportunities. According to Convio, the new functionality allows nonprofit organizations to manage and track the skills and schedule of its volunteers, in addition to matching them with upcoming job shifts, finding volunteers with the right skills to match job shifts, and more. Convio's software is used by nonprofits to manage fundraising, events, marketing, web sites, and more.
