Austin, Texas-based ColdWatt is announcing today that it has added Joe Marengi, a venture partner at Austin Ventures, to the company's board as an independent baord member. ColdWatt said that Marengi will act as an advisor to ColdWatt. Marengi has also served at Dell, where he was Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager of Dell Americas, along with serving as President and COO of Novell. ColdWatt is developing energy efficient power supplies for the computing, networking, and other markets.
