Austin-based Click Forensics, the provider of online advertising verification technology and services, said today that it has acquired Redmond, Washington-based Adometry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, Click Forensics said it would rename itself Adometry. Click Forensics said the move would help it support continued expansion in the display advertising market. The firm is venture backed by Sierra Ventures, Austin Ventures, Shasta Ventures and Stanford University.
