Austin-based Caringo, the developer of content addressable storage (CAS) software, said today that it has named Adrian J. Herrera as Senir Director, Marketing. Herrera was most recently at Nirvanix, the cloud storage provider, on the founding team. Herrera also has previously served at Musicmatch and Xing Technology.
