Austin-based BuyDRM, a developer of digital rights management software used for controlling playback of media on PCs, Macs, mobile phones, and other platforms, has been acquired by Inisoft, a Korean firm developing video decoder software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. BuyDRM said that CEO Christopher Levy and the firm's team will remain at the company after the acquisition.
