Austin, Texas-based BSG Alliance said this morning that it has acquired Houston-based Industrial Science LLC, a provider of business simulation frameworks and technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. BSG Alliance said it would incorporate Industrial Science's products into its on-demand applications platform. Industrial Science's software is used by companies such as Ford Motor Company for visualizing business problems. BSG Alliance said that George Danner, the CEO of Industrial Science, and Howard Park, the Chief Technology Associate at Industrial, will join the firm.
