Houston, Texas-based telecommunications engineering and services firm Broadpoint said today that it has appointed Errol Olivier as its President and CEO. Olivier joins from CapRock Communications, where he recently retired as President and Chief Operating Officer. Olivier had been at CapRock for 17 years. Broadpoint is backed by H.I.G. Capital and others, and provides cell, satellite, 2-way radio, antenna, and tower services.
