Houston-based BMC said this morning that Canadian North Airlines, a provider of scheduled passenger and cargo services in Canada, has selected the firm's Rmedyforce software. Financial details of the win were not announced. Remedyforce is a software-as-a-service based help desk and IT support software product, used to handle help desk and incident management for companies. BMC said that Canadian North transitioned to its product from a freeware software product. Remedyforce is BMC's Salesforce.com, Force.com-connected IT helpdesk product.
