BMC Adds Thai Airways
Houston-based software firm BMC Software has signed on Thai Airways International Public Company LImited (THAI), Thailand's national air carrier, as a customer, the firm said today. According to BMC, THAI will use its IT service management products for its IT organization. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Thai Airways will use BMC's software for managing IT services, including customer inquiries, incident reporting, resolution, and service requests. The products include BMC's Remedy Service Desk, Remedy Asset management, Remedy Change Management, and BMC Service Level Management.
