Houston-based BMC Software, the developer of IT management software, has added fellow Houston company CyrusOne as a customer, the company announced this morning. BMC said that CyrusOne is using BMC Remedy OnDemand IT Service Management suite, used to manage its IT services. Financial impact of the deal were not announced. BMC's Remedy OnDemand service is used to capture billable activities and other IT operations provided to CyrusOne's clients. CyrusOne is a data center operator.
