Austin, Texas-based Bazaarvoice, a provider of services for adding ratings and reviews to products at ecommerce sites, said Monday that Shoes.com will offer its customers Bazaarvoice's Ask and Answer services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Shoes.com is an online e-commerce retailer of shoes, and is a subsidiary of Brown Shoe, the owner of Famous Footwear. The Bazaarvoice application allows shoppers to post and respond to questions about products.
