Bazaarvoice Launches Social Commerce Analytics Tool
Dallas-based Bazaarvoice, the developer of e-commerce, ratings and review software, said today that it has launched a new product. According to the company, it has launched Social Commerce Insights, a new tool which allows users to measure the effectiveness of social commerce, and calculate ROI from their social media efforts. Bazaarvoice said the tool integrates with Adobe SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, and Google Analytics so that marketers can see how their social outreach efforts via Bazaarvoice is working. Bazaarvoice said the integration with the analytics tools provides measurement of interaction with Ratings & Reviews, Ask & Answer, Bazaarvoice Stories, and profiles. The new solution is available at no additional charge to current customers.
