Bazaarvoice: 125 Billion Pieces Of UGC Served
Austin-based Bazaarvoice, which operates an online software-as-a-service offering to provide ratings and reviews functionality on their websites, reported today that it has now served up more than 125 billion pieces of user-generated content through its services. The firm said those answers, stories, and reviews include the more than 850 brand web sites its runs for such companies as Best Buy, Blue Shield of California, Costco, Dell, Macy's, P&G, Panasonic, QVC, and USAA. The reviews and other content are shown on those firms' web sites, Facebook, Twitter, and other sites.
