Dachis Group, the rollup firm backed by Austin Ventures, said today that it has acquired London-based Headshift, a provider of social media consulting. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Dachis Group is headed by Jeffrey Dachis, former CEO of Razorfish; the firm is backed by $50M in venture capital from Austin Ventures.
