Archeio Raises $1M For Oil and Gas Sofware

Dallas-based Archeio Technologies, a new startup developing machine learning, cloud computing, and search technology specifically for the oil and gas market, has raised $1M in funding, the company revealed this morning. Source of the startup funding was not announced. Archeio say it is using machine learning and cloud computing to help companies access oilfield data, letting oil and gas operators search, manage, and analyze the vast amounts of data on those oildfields. The company said it already has a number of private and pubicly held operating companies using its service, including Parsey Energy. Archeio was founded in 2015 by Rex Womble and Chetan Chouhan.
