Alliance Data's Epsilon Signs Dunkin' Donuts
Dallas-based Epsilon, the unit of Alliance Data which provides loyalty marketing technology, reports today that Dunkin' Donuts is using its technology platform. Epsilon said it will provide the technology behind a new, DD Perks Program, a new loyalty management program that Dunkin' Donuts is rolling out later this year. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Dunkin' Donuts operates more than 10,500 restaurants in 31 countries.
