Allegro Development Reports Growth Numbers

Dallas-based commodity risk management software developer Allegro Development Corporation said Friday that the company saw 23 percent growth in 2014. The company did not report act financials, but said it saw more than a 30 percent EBITDA year-over-year increase compared to 2013. Allegro's software is used in the power, gas, crude oil, and natural gas business and related areas. Allegro is owned by private equity investors Vector Capital and Cerium Technology, who recapitalized the company back in July.
