AeA Bolsters Math, Science Education In Dallas
The AeA Texas Council, the Lone Star chapter of the nationís largest technology trade association, revealed Monday that it is partnering with a Dallas-based nonprofit organization to spur interest in math and science among public elementary students in Dallas. The AeA said the initiative is an after-school program that will take Dallas Independent School District students to local museums and exhibitions where they will receive hands-on instruction from AeA and Big Thought members. The AeA added that the initiative is built upon the success of the Dallas Arts Program, which provides teachers with innovative tools for instruction.
