Dallas-based Affiliate Computer Services is looking to get into the private cloud and virtual data center market, the firm said today. ACS said it plans to help its clients build virtual data centers and private computing clouds through a new, integrated IT cloud services solution. The firm said it hopes to roll out the new, on-demand cloud product in Spring of 2010. ACS is tapping products from the Virtual Computing Environment coalition, made up of Cisco, EMC, and VMware.
