Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services said Friday that it has completed its acquisition of Anix, a United Kingdom-based IT consultancy. The deal was worth $51M, and was previously announced on May 26th. According to ACS, the acquisition of Anix--which it is buying from Xploite plc--will strengthen its business in the UK. Anix reported revenues of approximately $70M for the 12 months ending May 2009.
