Absolute Software, which develops laptop tracking and IT management software, said this week that it has acquired LiveTime Software, a developer IT service management software. Absolute said it will pay $15M in cash and stock for LiveTime. LiveTime's software it used for managing IT and service desk requests and operations. Absolute Software has its U.S. headquarters in Austin.
